An Appointment with the World No. 1 Think Tank Brookings

The Committee 2005 organized a luncheon meeting entitled “An Appointment with the World No. 1 Think Tank” at Chang An Club. The event invited several influential representatives of the Brookings Institution for discussion with many council members and guests on the new model of major-country relations between China and the US. The representatives had an in-depth exchange of views with the council members. Both sides agreed to work together to create a regular exchange mechanism in the future for promoting the cooperation through continuous brainstorms and integrating the eastern and western wisdoms.
